Ordering

How do I order?

To get started, visit the order page and choose one of our delicious packages.

When do I pay?

Payments are taken immediately, covering the length of your chosen package.

How do I pay?

Payments are made by credit or debit card at the end of the checkout process.

How much will it cost?

Our packages start at £70.

When can I start?

You can start whenever you like! Orders must be placed by 11pm Thursday to receive your food the following week.

Delivery and Collection

Where do you deliver to in Manchester?

Use our postcode finder to establish if you are eligible for delivery.

How does delivery work?

Delivery to our gyms for collection is free of charge. Delivery to your home/office costs £15 upwards per week. Deliveries are made on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning.

What time do you deliver?

Whilst we cannot guarantee a delivery time, we do aim to have deliveries completed by 11am.

What if I want to pause or stop my deliveries?

To pause or stop your deliveries, email eatupuk@upfitness.com. Please note all amendments/cancellations must be made by 12pm on the Thursday of the week prior to your first delivery to avoid a charge.

Can I make changes to my delivery time or place?

Food

Where do you source your food?

We work with local suppliers to source the best quality meat, fish and vegetables for all of our meals. If you have any further queries about our produce – please contact eatupuk@upfitness.com

How will I know what each meal contains?

All ingredients are listed on the meal labels: they can also be found on our online menu.

How long do the meals last?

Meals last three days when refrigerated.

What if I have food intolerances or allergies?

Please let us know of any allergies or intolerances in the marked section when checking out.

Can I make changes to my plan?

All amendments/cancellations must be made by 12pm on the Thursday of the week prior to your first delivery, to avoid a charge.

What if I’m a pescatarian, vegan or vegetarian?

Currently, we do not cater for vegetarians or vegans but we do have a variety of fish dishes for pescatarian diets.

Do you offer Halal?

Halal options are available for all of our dishes – please note at the checkout.

Do I have to heat the meals?

All cooking instructions will be listed on the packaging and specific to each meal, but we recommend heating most of our dishes.

Can I freeze the meals?

Meals can be frozen on the day of delivery and will last one month.

Nutrition

Can you tell me my macronutrients?

All macronutrients can be found in our Nutritional Information PDF.

Can I alter the macronutrients?

Whilst the macronutrients of our meals are not customisable, you have a choice of small, or large meal sizes, alongside optional extra portions of fats and carbohydrates.

Can I add the meals easily to My Fitness Pal?
